Exchanges and Returns Policy
RoboCore works to make you feel completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you need to exchange or return a product, below is information about our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Our service team is available to help and guide you in cases of exchanges and purchase returns. We take great care in handling and in the shipment of our products, however some incidents can happen during the transport until its final destination.
If you receive the product with the broken packaging, refuse to accept it.
For any exchange or return, contact RoboCore with your order number, the reason and the product you want to exchange or return. After our contact center receives and approves the return, a reverse postage authorization will be generated, so that you can return the product at no additional cost.
The situations in which a product can be exchanged or returned are as follows:
Exchange due to manufacturing defect:
If it is confirmed that the product received has a manufacturing defect, we will seek a solution within a period of up to 30 days.
If the defect cannot be resolved within 30 days, you may choose to exchange the product, receive a credit equal to the product's value or receive your money back.
Exchange due to product damage, due to delivery transport:
If you receive the purchased product, which is damaged during transport, it will be replaced with an equal one. In this case, please send us a photo that demonstrates the condition of the product at the time of delivery.
Receipt of product in disagreement with the order:
Eventually, a mistake may occur on our part and we send a product different from the one purchased. In this case, the replacement will be made for what was requested in the order after returning the wrong product. The deadline for this request is 7 days.
Exercise of the Right of Repentance:
In case of purchase regret, you have a period of 7 consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt, to inform us of this decision. Upon receipt of the product return, we will refund the amount paid.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, products must show no signs of use and must be in like-new condition with their original packaging and accessories intact. Damage caused by misuse of products will not be exchangeable.

- Lack of accessories and/or parts that make up the product.
